Offer agreement

This document constitutes a public offer by Holymailer to enter into a service agreement for access to the Holymailer email infrastructure management platform.

Acceptance of this offer occurs when the Customer registers an account and/or makes a payment. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment of acceptance.

The Customer independently selects a pricing plan on the Service website. The scope and composition of services are defined by the selected plan and detailed on the pricing page.

Services are considered activated from the moment payment confirmation is received and account access is granted.

Service pricing is determined by current rates. Payment is accepted in the applicable currency via bank transfer, card payment, or other available methods.

Services are prepaid for the selected billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Applicable taxes are included in the price.

Closing documents (service completion certificates) are issued upon the Customer's request or as agreed in the contract with legal entities.

The Provider agrees to: deliver services in accordance with the selected plan, provide technical support during business hours, notify of price changes at least 14 days in advance.

The Customer agrees to: use the services in accordance with the Terms of Use, make timely payments, and not share account access with third parties.

The parties bear responsibility in accordance with applicable law. All disputes are subject to resolution through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to the competent court.

This agreement is governed by applicable law.
