Consent to personal data processing

The data controller is Holymailer (hereinafter — Controller). By registering on the Holymailer platform or submitting an inquiry, you consent to the processing of your personal data under the terms set out below.

The Controller processes the following personal data: first and last name, email address, phone number, company name and job title (for legal entities), IP address and other technical data automatically transmitted during platform use.

Personal data is processed for: user registration and authentication, service delivery under the agreement, sending service notifications and update information, and improving platform functionality.

The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject and the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.

Personal data is retained for the duration of the account plus 30 days after closure, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request to the Controller's email address. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

The Controller does not transfer personal data to third parties except as required by law or necessary for contract performance (payment systems, hosting providers).
